Foundations of Chinese Energetic Medicine Level 1
Foundations I: The Core Training in Energetic Cultivation

Format: Weekly Live Online Training + 3-Day Live Intensive

Program Overview: Foundations I is the first formal training in the energetic cultivation system taught by Dr. Chris Holder and Dr. Heather Wolf. This program establishes the core structure, theoretical framework, and daily practices that support all.
Foundations of Chinese Energetic Medicine Level 2
Foundations II: Advanced Energetic Development and Performance Training
Instructors: Dr. Chris Holder & Dr. Heather Wolf
Duration: 16 Weeks
Format: Weekly Live Online Training + 3-Day Live Intensive
Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM PST
Location: Zoom
Program Overview: Foundations II builds directly upon the training established in Foundations I, expanding the practitioner’s understanding of energetic cultivation, personal transformation, and performance development.
Foundations Practitioner Certification
This Training requires completion of Foundations 1 and 2 online and in-person training. The training is geared toward the certification of student teachers of the morning qigong practice. Students will need to test for skill and knowledge base and complete a final thesis, which will be published in the Journal of Energetic Medicine.
Nei Gong Principles of Structure and the 18 Rules
Three-day course on the Core Curricula on the principles of energetic flow within the structure of the human body. This course describes how to orient the body's tissues to become energetically optimized using ancient Wudang Kung Fu-based practices of Nei Gong. Taught by Dr. Christopher Holder, Dr. Heather Wolf, and Keri Keefer.
Caregiver Qigong
Three-day intensive. This course is geared toward at-home family members who become the primary caregiver to their loved ones. Those who are responsible for elderly disabled individuals greatly benefit from these practices of energetic management. This class teaches a powerful daily practice that helps the caregiver to stay energized through the day and increase the quality of life while caregiving to others.
